Inviting and fragrant nose of red fruits; a light stony dustiness, and a touch of orange and orange blossom. The time on the lees has also given this more texture than many rosés that suggests it will go well with a range of dishes. There’s intensity and persistence without loss of freshness. -Julia Harding MW
Very pretty floral-scented citrus-flavoured rosé with delicious hints of spice, creamy with minerally length, and an attractive bitter twist to the finish. With its wonderful natural acidity it is as fresh and lively as any warm climate rosé. One of the best Spanish rosés I have tasted – and certainly the best from Andalucia. – Rose Murray Brown MW
On the nose I picked up apricot and honey notes, to me coming across more like a white than a rosé. The palate is subtle, with some soft peachy fruit, good freshness and length. An understated, elegant wine, with a firm core and almost saline texture. – Andrew Harrison
Demonstrates the region’s potential. Subtle, floral memories, yet foreceful and persistent enough to marry well with seafood or lobster dishes. – Armando Guerra
