Our Restaurant
We make the food we serve from the freshest ingredients, which are local, seasonal and, where possible, organic.
In 2015 we began designing dishes to pair with the Bodegas Bentomiz wines. André is our head chef and works with a small but dedicated kitchen team. He revises the menus with the changing seasons. The difference between the menus is not volume but variety and gastronomic flair.
